- The quality and description of the item（s）much be consistent with the description on the Page，and there is no damage，the quantity is right when delivering. If there is any problem above，please contact us or open a dispute.
- Promise that the buyer will receive the package within the configured deadline days, if not, the buyer can file a dispute over not received item（s）or contact the seller .
- The buyer can return the item（s）within 7 days after receiving the them without any reason，please ensure that there is no damage of the item（s）before sending back the item（s），we will make full refund after we receive the item（s）and check the completeness of the item（s）.
- We offer free return when the item（s）get damages，or when you get the wrong item（s）. For the other situations，the fee depends on the agreement between buyer and seller.
- I haven't received my parcel but it shows "Delivered".
Please check your mailbox，maybe it is there，or the carrier is distributing your package now. Please wait in patience or check with local post offices or the carrier in the destination country.
6. If your parcel get lost or sending back to us，we promise to make full refund or send a new parcel to you.
7. You can get partly refund or full refund when the item（s） get damages when arrive. The refund depends on the agreement between buyer and seller. And we will need your pictures or videos to complete the processing.
8. For drop shipping orders：we do not put any invoices，QR codes，promotions or our brand name/Logo on the shiped packets.
